Surprise and delight customers!

In Pakistan, Carrefour operates its hypermarkets in a partnership with the Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) group under the Hyperstar brand.

In 2010, Hyperstar Pakistan's marketing department contacted Promotion L&H to bring game kiosks into their stores. They had already successfully tried them out in other countries, and they wanted to use them in Pakistan, despite a rather unfavourable environment.
And yet...

Our client wanted to drive footfall to recently opened stores and delight customers with an innovative event.

Objectives Footfall and surprise customers

Given the high shipping costs, we decided that the cardboard dressing would be manufactured in the country. Only the electronic kits would be sent by plane. This solution gave the client great freedom in how their kiosks looked. For the first few years, Hyperstar Pakistan used cardboard game kiosks, and then switched to digital game kiosks with a lever that have proven very successful over the years.

Result: Hyperstar Pakistan has rented kiosks from Promotion L&H nearly every year since 2010 for its seven stores!
